Vishal Singh is the visionary Founder and Chairman of the Global Guild of Commerce (GGC), an initiative established to empower Indian businesses through strategic networking, legal support, investment facilitation, and international expansion.
A practicing Advocate based in Delhi with a specialization in Commercial and Business Laws, Vishal holds a Master's degree in Commercial and Business Laws. Throughout his legal career, he has advised businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations on commercial transactions, dispute resolution, and corporate legal matters.
Driven by the vision of Mission Viksit Bharat, he founded GGC to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors, academia, and global markets. Under his leadership, GGC is building an ecosystem where businesses don't merely survive—they scale globally while contributing to India's journey towards becoming a developed nation.

Mukul Garg is a seasoned financial services professional and Managing Partner at Aditya Birla Capital Limited, with over two decades of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, business development, and relationship management. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore, he has built a strong network across entrepreneurs, industrialists, professionals, SMEs, NRIs, and high-net-worth individuals. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with multiple STAR CLUB Awards for excellence in leadership and business performance.
